Adult Only Cooking Session
On Wednesday of this week it was the first of our adult only cooking sessions in partnership with Bristol Community Learning. On the menu was a tomato based Mediterranean pasta or mushroom, sweetcorn and pesto pasta. Thank you to everyone who took part! During the session Laura (the course tutor) gave information about the British Heart Foundation’s food label decoder. This helps us see the levels of fats and sugars in food.
