We are very fortunate to have an ongoing partnership with Bristol Bears Rugby Foundation.  Pupils throughout the school have the opportunity to take part in PE lessons with Bristol Bears and as result become familiar with the staff team.  Pupils in our Post 16 media groups have had an array of opportunities of working pitch side at rugby matches to report on the game, not only in Bristol but in London also!!  To prepare for this several of our  pupils have taken part in media workshops and a Disability Journalism Programme to help them to understand the game and report back to fans in a fun, professional and accessible way!  We have even had the opportunity to work with Sam FM, a Bristol radio station who do live reports and interviews with the players and coaching team!!  Furthermore, our pupils have had the chance to work in the Bristol Sport retail shop, both on the shop floor and in the stock room!
