Flamingo Chicks
Flamingo Chicks are an inclusive community giving all children, including disabled children and those with illnesses such as cancer, the opportunity to enjoy dance and explore movement alongside friends. We have been working with Flamingo Chicks for a number of years; our students have completed a range of work related learning experiences including supporting at after school dance clubs, supporting in the mother and baby Hatching Chicks group and set design for the Cinderella Spring show which also involved a work experience day at Bristol Blue Glass. Our students have also taken part in a number of Styleability sessions allowing opportunity to think about fashion in regards to the work place as well as for college and job interviews.
