In partnership with Bristol Works, a group of our Post 16 learners took part in two workshops with Uncle Paul’s Chilli Farm. The workshops were centred around food production. The first workshop was based in school; the farm staff spoke about their farm and learners had a sensory experience where they tasted ingredients and guessed which of the finished products contained vegetables. The second workshop allowed the group to visit the farm to explore it further as well as see the food production process from start to finish!
