In Ducklings this term we have been learning about under the sea animals. In English we have read : "The Rainbow Fish", "There's a hole in the bottom of the sea" and "Barry the fish with fingers". In Maths we have learnt about capacity and numbers. We have enjoyed spending time in the garden playing with water, cardboard boxes, sensory trays and sand. We have also been visiting our new class in KS2.

Term 5: In PSHEE we have been practicing how to brush our teeth and we have incorporated it to our daily routine.

Term 5: In Ducklings we have enjoyed doing gardening. We have planted strawberries, tomatoes and peas. We have also decorated our own watering cans using recycle containers.

We have been exploring our new garden. We love it!

We have been learning about Spring. We have been looking for signs of Spring. We found some new flowers and a ladybug. We looked really closely and showed great observation skills.

Children in Duckling class have been learning about road safety. Children have identified traffic lights and experienced crossing the road.
Duckling class have been participating in cooking lessons. Children experienced cutting and mixing ingredients, also learnt how to use the oven safely, which they enjoyed a lot. 
Term 5: In ducklings we have been learning about people who help us.  We had a very special visit from a paramedic and we were able to try his uniform on and play with some medical equipment.

Term 5: In Maths we have been learning about money.
